Book a short STEM conversation
Helping teachers deliver hands-on STEM learning without increasing preparation time
We are currently speaking with a small number of schools to understand how STEM resources can better support teachers while reducing preparation time.
Why We Created StemVoyager
StemVoyager was founded by Hannes and Maggel Bernhardt.
Hannes has extensive experience teaching STEM and running engineering-based student projects, while Maggel worked in school administration and purchasing learning resources.
Through these roles we saw two common challenges:
• Teachers want more meaningful STEM activities
• Preparation and assessment workload continues to increase
StemVoyager was created to help schools deliver engaging engineering learning experiences while reducing preparation time for teachers.
What Makes Our Resources Different
Curriculum-Aligned Learning
Activities connect with Australian Curriculum outcomes and 21st century skills.
Engineering-Focused Learning
Students build real mechanical models and explore concepts such as:
- forces
- measurement
- systems
- problem solving
Teacher Support Materials
Each kit includes structured learning materials:
- student workbook
- lesson guidance
- marking keys
- rubrics
This helps teachers reduce preparation and marking time.
Why We Are Speaking With Schools
We are currently speaking with a small number of schools to understand:
• What makes a STEM resource genuinely useful in the classroom
• How learning materials can better support teachers
• What would reduce preparation and assessment time
These conversations help us improve our resources so they better support schools.
We would value your school's perspective.
If you or your STEM coordinator would be open to a short 10–15 minute conversation, we would greatly appreciate hearing about your experience teaching STEM.
Our goal is not to sell during this conversation — it is simply to learn how resources like ours can better support teachers.
